Postage & Packing
Postage & packing is FREE on most items. However, to ensure fragile, heavy or bulky products reach you in perfect condition, they may require specialist packing and shipping and incur extra insurance. P&P charges on these items are clearly marked with an asterisk (*) next to the price.
Returns & Exchanges
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt at enquiries@pshomeonline.co.uk
We understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item. Assuming the item is returned to us undamaged in its original packaging, within 14 days, we can discuss the options for exchange, refund or credit: 020 8123 8248.
Made to Order products
All our Made to Order products are non-refundable and any cancellations will be charged at 100%.
Delivery Time
Please contact us for anticipated delivery dates. In general, allow at least 10 days for delivery. When paying by cheque please allow 5 extra days for clearance.
Made to Order products may have much longer delivery time, as expected.
Stock Availability
We do not have all items permanently in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you and notify you of an anticipated delivery date.

We use PayPal as our payment provider. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted and we do not receive any sensitive financial information from our customers.
